The last year has seen our world’s turned upside down by the impact of Covid-19, resulting in a heightened sense of stress and anxiety for many of us. Join us weekly at this support group, as we tackle the effects of stress together to help us in our day-to-day life during these unprecedented times.

Connect! A peer support group for young people aged 16-25.

Mental wellbeing charity Mary Frances Trust (MFT) runs a peer support group that provides a safe place for young people to talk about issues that affect their emotional wellbeing.
Activities and discussions for each session are decided by those attending.
