Join Surrey Virtual Café every Monday at 11.00 am for an hour of light-hearted chat and company.  The Café always has a number of side rooms on offer including a tech chat room, a ‘chit chat’ room, entertainment, animals and more.

Meditation with Litsa

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is particularly helpful for those at risk of recurrent depression. It teaches people to pay attention to the present moment, rather than worrying about the past or the future, and to let go of the negative thoughts that can tip them over into depression.
