Finding your Balance and Flow

ABOUT THIS SESSION
This three-week course will help you adjust to life as we ‘hopefully’ move out of multiple lockdowns, encouraging you to connect to yourself and your energy through the flow of the seasons and cycles of life. We will support you to find your emotional balance, peace and wellbeing on your doorstep or within yourself; help with new perspectives, ways of thinking and being; and give ideas to honour the movement of the seasons and cycles.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
HOW TO JOIN

You will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with the session provider.
Please quote the course title and date under ‘Reason for registering’
It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly.
We’re normally able to respond within 24/48 hours of you contacting us.
