Surrey Virtual Wellbeing is supported by Surrey County Council, Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership and other organisations who deliver support services within Surrey. We are all committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This page sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, through our website will be processed by us. By using our website you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

Your data will be processed by the site, which is the responsibility of Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership, with a third party (Rainmaker Solutions Ltd) as a sub-processor. Data will be controlled by the specific provider that runs the sessions you request to join.

Any personal information collected via this website is used only to respond to your enquiries and your requests to join organised sessions. The details will be shared with only the provider, or providers, you choose to contact regarding these sessions.

The site is administered for Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership by a third party organisation (Rainmaker Solutions Ltd) who maintain and update the site. They will not routinely have access to your data, but in the unlikely event of an issue with bookings or functioning of the site that needs investigation they may see lists of information. This will be kept to a minimum, and all relevant staff have been checked to the same level as the Council and provider organisations.
