ABOUT THIS SESSION

We’re not looking for the next Shakespeare. This is about using the written word to explore how we keep ourselves well. Each week you will be asked to write a short piece on an agreed topic that you may choose to share and discuss in the group the following week.

Registration opens 10 days before and closes 2 days before the event date. Before registering, please read our Catalyst BigBlueButton Terms of Use.

This event is for anyone needing support with their mental health and wellbeing, aged 18+
