WHEN

Thursdays

TIME

12:15pm to 1:15pm

ABOUT THIS SESSION

A light-hearted coffee hour to catch up and find out what has entertained us this week, particularly if you are struggling to get enough social interaction or feel connected.
Pull up your chair with a cuppa for a chance to talk about the little things that have kept us going and brought a smile to our faces: It could be a T.V. programme, a joke someone told, a message or anything in between.
Let’s infect one another with some smiles and laughter.

“It was a great laugh, everyone was participating. It was my first coffee with Louise and she was absolutely brilliant.”

“Being able to chat about everyday stuff, totally unrelated to my mental health.”

“Louise is an amazing facilitator and keeps the conversation going, making sure everyone is heard.”

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
