WHEN: Mondays for 5 weeks,
February 21, 28 and March 14, 21 & Apr 04

TIME  11am to 1.00pm

WHERE: Redhill Methodist Church
This session is planned to be face-to-face in the spacious Redhill Methodist Church, (Redhill Methodist Church) however, this may change with Covid, in which case, the course will continue online using Zoom.

ABOUT THIS SESSION

Changing the way we think, feel and behave, during this 5 week course we will look at the areas which will enrich your wellbeing by managing anxiety & stress, increasing your self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness, strengthen your social  relationships and set SMART Goals to enhance your life.

This 5-week programme will enable you to:

  • Improve your confidence and self esteem
  • Manage your anxiety and response in stressful situations
  • Pursue your goals
  • Say No and manage conflict
  • Enjoy a greater quality of life

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

This course is run by the  WEA in partnership with the Richmond Fellowship.

We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
