WHEN

6-week course starting Monday 21 February.

TIME

6pm-7pm.

ABOUT THIS SESSION

This course for 16-25-year-olds will explore self-connection and strategies to cope with life’s pressures.

Run by the Be Me Project, the course aims to help you:

  • Understand what influences your emotional wellbeing
  • Build confidence, self esteem, and resilience
  • Discover tools to help you when you feel overwhelmed
    Set goals for a healthy lifestyle
  • Celebrate your inner qualities

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 16.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom (find out more here). We can help you set this up if needed, so you don’t need to do anything right now!

HOW TO JOIN

If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this activity.

If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form here. If applicable, please include the name of the activity you’re interested in and date under ‘Reason for registering’ (please note it’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day).

Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff, to find out a bit more about you and discuss how we can best support you.
