TIME 3pm-4pm. ABOUT THIS SESSION There’s nothing quite like using yoga for positive energy. Yoga is considered as the prominent source for absorbing positive energy by the body and helps in removing the negative energy from your body. When you have positive energy, you feel motivated, you live in the moment, and you enjoy an active life. WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 16. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN We use a video chat service called Zoom (find out more here). We can help you set this up if needed, so you don’t need to do anything right now! HOW TO JOIN If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this activity. If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form here. If applicable, please include the name of the activity you’re interested in and date under ‘Reason for registering’ (please note it’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day). Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff, to find out a bit more about you and discuss how we can best support you.
