Yoga – Preparing You for Coming Out of LockdownThis 6-week yoga course will help to calm your nervous system and centre your emotions when coming out of lockdown. ![]() WHEN Fridays from 16 April to 21 May 2021 TIME 3pm – 4pm ABOUT THIS SESSION This 6-week yoga course will help to calm your nervous system and centre your emotions when coming out of lockdown. The impacts of lockdown have meant more people are suffering from mental health issues. Whether you are working from home, juggling parenting and work, self-isolating or finding ways to fill your time, it is a tricky time to be in our heads. Yoga has been proven to aid with anxiety, stress, and depression. A short yoga practice fed into your new daily routine might be the few minutes you need to stay on top of everything. WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now. If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form, quoting the course title and date under ‘Reason for registering’: Mary Frances Trust Registration Form (support-me.org.uk) Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff. It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly.
