The Wheel of Well-being is made up of six easy steps, be active, keep learning, give, connect, take notice and care. Todays session is about taking notice. At its core, mindfulness is the process of attending, with awareness, to one’s present moment experience. Much of our daily life experience involves letting our mind wander, running on automatic pilot, or suppressing unwanted thoughts and feelings, mindfulness is about being open and accepting towards our thoughts and experiences.

This event is for anyone needing support with their mental health and wellbeing, aged 18+.
