About this session

The Wheel of Well-being is made up of six easy steps, be active, keep learning, give, connect, take notice and care. Todays session is about being active. We will be exploring the importance of exercise and how it can help improve general wellbeing, mood and energy levels. We will complete a basic workout together to increase our breathing rate as well as our muscle strength, followed by a 15 minute warm down and check out.

This event is for anyone needing support with their mental health and wellbeing, aged 18+.
