Stress Less! A four week course comprising four 2-hour sessions on Tuesday evenings to explore what causes low mood, anxiety and stress and how to take positive action to improve your overall wellbeing

This course will explain what low mood, anxiety and stress are, examine possible causes and identify common symptoms. It will also address the impact that ‘lockdown’ can have on our mental health, where we have all been asked to deal with a restricted life style. Learn strategies on how to manage your mood and take positive action that can help manage this difficult time in order to improve overall wellbeing.

Course dates: Tuesdays 21 Jul, 28 Jul, 4 Aug & 11 Aug
