ABOUT THIS SESSION

These workshops over 4-weeks will empower you to understand the signs, symptoms and causes of your anxiety.  We will look to equip you with tools, strategies and coping mechanisms to help you lead a less anxious life.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS?

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
