Tai Chi is a type of meditation – a way of calming the mind and body in this ever crazy world we live in! Some people find a personal spiritual side to it, others use it for relaxation and strengthening the body and mind.

It is never too late to start learning Tai Chi. You will be amazed with what you can achieve in a short space of time!

Please note attendees must be 16+ years old to attend this event.

To attend this event you must be an adult of working age (16–67) and interested in:

Reducing isolation

Participating in activities to gain confidence and skills

Looking after your mental health and wellbeing
