4-week course from Wednesday 19 May to 9 June 2021.

TIME
6pm-7pm.

ABOUT THIS SESSION
Join Taryn to learn the basics and foundation techniques of painting with watercolours, following a joyful, summery theme.

This course is suitable for both beginners and those who are skilled at painting but need or want to brush up on their skills / get back into painting.

The first few weeks will explore different techniques and understanding the medium, whilst in the later weeks, we will do more painting of a variety of subjects/objects.

You will be required to purchase your own supplies for this course and if you shop around this can cost as little as £7 in total. More details will be provided after booking, but the minimum supplies you will need are a set of watercolour paints with a paint brush, paper suitable for watercolour and some masking tape.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 16.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom (find out more here). We can help you set this up if needed, so you don’t need to do anything right now!

HOW TO JOIN

If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this activity.

If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form here. If applicable, please include the name of the activity you’re interested in and date under ‘Reason for registering’ (please note it’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day).

Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff, to find out a bit more about you and discuss how we can best support you.
