Have you been struggling to sleep during this period?  Are you getting the most out of your sleep?   What actually is a sleep problem?   How does your mental wellbeing impact on sleep?

This 2 hour workshop (delivered via Zoom) workshop offers tips and ideas to aid improved sleep routines and techniques to develop healthy sleeping habits.

Please note:
1. An advisor from Richmond Fellowship will phone you once you hvae registered.
2. You will also need to complete a further enrolment with our partner WEA, please let us know if you require any assistance with this
