To look after others you first need to take care of yourself… Take time out and have a break with our fun, free2½ hour workshop to to learn about six easy steps to looking after your own wellbeing to stay happy, healthy and positive. Emotional and mental wellbeing are combined and these are improved by using the Wheel of Wellbeing. More and more research is showing us how certain things we do can improve our moods, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen relationships, keep us healthy to lead longer lives by following the six steps of the Wheel of Wellbeing If you are interested in improving your health and happiness the Wheel of Wellbeing is a ‘do-it-yourself’ guide with practical things you can do to enhance your personal wellbeing! WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS You must be frontline staff, 18+ years old to attend this event and living or working in Surrey. Please be courteous by arriving early to your virtual course. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now. Watch a video on how to join Zoom video chats HOW TO JOIN Please email us from your work email with your name, preferred contact email, phone number and job role to RedhillCC@richmondfellowship.org.uk. It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, so please book 48 hours in advance in order to complete the pre-course questionnaire.
