ABOUT THIS SESSION

This popular fun one-off afternoon workshop will take you through these six easy steps to increasing your wellbeing.

Emotional and mental wellbeing are combined and these are improved by using the Wheel of Wellbeing

More and more research is showing us how certain things we do can improve our moods, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen relationships, keep us healthy to lead longer lives by following the six steps of the Wheel of Wellbeing

If you are interested in improving your health and happiness the Wheel of Wellbeing is a ‘do-it-yourself’ guide with practical things you can do to enhance your personal wellbeing!

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

You must be 18+ years old to attend this event.  Please be courteous by arriving early to your virtual course.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
