This workshop will be focussed on the Six Steps to Wellbeing in a sympathetic environment where you will feel more comfortable to share. Emotional and mental wellbeing are combined and these are improved by using the Wheel of Wellbeing More and more research is showing us how certain things we do can improve our moods, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen relationships, keep us healthy to lead longer lives by following the six steps of the Wheel of Wellbeing If you are interested in improving your health and happiness the Wheel of Wellbeing is a ‘do-it-yourself’ guide with practical things you can do to enhance your personal wellbeing!
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONSAnyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUNWe use a video chat service called Zoom. HOW TO JOINPlease email or call us to arrange joining on: You will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with the session provider.
