WHEN

1pm – 3.30pm

ABOUT THIS SESSION

This 2.5 hour workshop will give you an insight into various ways in which you can look after your own mental health, as well as that of others around you.

The workshop will focus on:

  • Taking notice of your surroundings
  • Being active as much as possible
  • Caring for the planet – what can you do?
  • Giving to others
  • Learning about knew things
  • Connecting with other people

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.

HOW TO JOIN

If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this course.

If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form, quoting the course title and date under ‘Reason for registering’:

Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff.

It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly.
