5 week course –  21st, 28th September, 5th, 12th and 19th October

ABOUT THIS SESSION

Join this participative workshop in order to :
Boost confidence, self-esteem and motivation.
Learn self-improvement techniques and skills to enable and support personal growth and  well-being.
Develop the ability to self-reflect and better understand themselves and others.

 

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

This course is being delivered by WEA in partnership with East Surrey College, for residents  in the East Surrey area, covering Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge and Epsom & Ewell.
The course requires participants to have pre-register with Mary Frances Trust, as well as enrolling with WEA to obtain a pin number.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom (find out more here). We can help you set this up if needed, so you don’t need to do anything right now!

HOW TO JOIN

If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this activity.

If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form here. If applicable, please include the name of the activity you’re interested in and date under ‘Reason for registering’ (please note it’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day).

Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff, to find out a bit more about you and discuss how we can best support you.
