3pm – 4pm.

ABOUT THIS SESSION

This 4-week course take a mind-body approach, suitable for all abilities.

You will learn and experience how mindful movement and various forms of meditation can help you to:

  • release negative emotions and thoughts such as tension, anxiety, stress, anger and fear in your body, mind and spirit
  • cultivate positive emotions and thoughts of gratitude, joy, peace, abundance, acceptance and compassion

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 16.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom (find out more here). We can help you set this up if needed, so you don’t need to do anything right now!

HOW TO JOIN

If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this activity.

If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form here. If applicable, please include the name of the activity you’re interested in and date under ‘Reason for registering’ (please note it’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day).

Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff, to find out a bit more about you and discuss how we can best support you.
