Mindful MattersFREE Weekly mindfulness and meditation practice for residents of Surrey ![]() WHENEvery Monday TIME4.00pm-5.00pm ABOUT THIS SESSIONWeekly group mindfulness and meditation practice where for the first half of the session, we will share ideas and techniques which can be embedded into everyday life, developing the skill of paying attention to the present moment. The second half of the session will be a guided meditation led by our group facilitator. Each week we will we will practice & share techniques which can be embedded into everyday life, developing the skill of paying attention to the present moment for a calmer and peaceful approach to life with a positive manner. Over the weeks we will utilise a variety of practices including guided meditation, calming exercises, breathing techniques and listening to music. WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONSAnyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUNWe use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
