WHEN

5 week course –  22nd, 29th September, 6th, 13th and 20th October

TIME

7pm –9pm

ABOUT THIS SESSION

This 5-week workshop will empower you to understand the signs, symptoms and causes of your anxiety.

We will look to equip you with tools, strategies and coping mechanisms to help you lead a less anxious life.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

This course is being delivered by WEA in partnership with East Surrey College, for residents  in the East Surrey area, covering Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge and Epsom & Ewell.
The course requires participants to have pre-register with Mary Frances Trust, as well as enrolling with WEA to obtain a pin number.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom (find out more here). We can help you set this up if needed, so you don’t need to do anything right now!

HOW TO JOIN

If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this activity.

If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form here. If applicable, please include the name of the activity you’re interested in and date under ‘Reason for registering’ (please note it’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day).

Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff, to find out a bit more about you and discuss how we can best support you.
