Managing Anxiety

We all experience fear and worry, but for some it’s ongoing and intrusive. If you have an anxiety disorder feelings can be overwhelming. Learn how to manage them at our FREE 4-week evening course.

We will look at what happens to the body when we become anxious and what some of the associated symptoms are. We will then go on to explore what strategies and coping mechanisms we can employ to help manage our emotions

Workshop Dates: Tuesdays 3rd to 24th November 7-9pm on Zoom using Canvas

Closing Date:

You must be 18+ years old and a resident of Surrey to attend this event.  Please be courteous by arriving early to your virtual course.
