Low Mood and Worry GroupIf you are experiencing low mood and/or worry in your daily life then this course is a great opportunity to explore the source of those thoughts, challenge the underlying thought patterns and develop self-care and positive coping strategies. WHEN This group starts on the 27th of January 2021 TIME 10am- 12pm ABOUT THIS SESSION If you are experiencing low mood and/or worry in your daily life then this course is a great opportunity to explore the source of those thoughts, challenge the underlying thought patterns and develop self-care and positive coping strategies. Jointly delivered by Catalyst and Centre for Psychology – this 6 week course is a space to explore and transform your wellbeing. Please note the cut off point for registering is on Monday the 4th of January 2021 at 12pm. WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS This event is for anyone needing support with their mental health and wellbeing, aged 18+. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN Sessions are run on Starleaf platform, which is managed by Centre for Psychology. We can help set you up on this and you don’t need to do anything now. GENERAL INFO You will be expected to attend every session, you will need to refer into Catalyst via the Hub or our website, we will make contact to ensure they have all the information around this course then we will pass their details onto Centre for Psychology in order for them to complete their assessment.
