The Wheel of Well-being is made up of six easy steps, be active, keep learning, give, connect, take notice and care. Todays session is an introduction to the model and how these steps can be used in your everyday life to improve your mood and reduce stress. 

This event is for anyone needing support with their mental health and wellbeing, aged 18+.
