Second Tuesday of every month.

TIME

2pm – 3pm.

ABOUT THIS SESSION

The Wheel of Well-being is made up of six easy steps, be active, keep learning, give, connect, take notice and care. Todays session is an introduction to the model and how these steps can be used in your everyday life to improve your mood and reduce stress.

Please note bookings for this event will be open ten days prior to to the start date.
