Aimed to get you fitter, feel healthier and have some fun too whilst in home!

No cost. Join free on Zoom.

To attend this event you must be an adult of working age (16–67) and interested in:

Reducing isolation

Participating in activities to gain confidence and skills

Looking after your mental health and wellbeing

Please note that in order to join any of our activities, you will need to fully register with Oakleaf.

To refer, please click on the link below and make your referral via our website.

Referral Form – Oakleaf Enterprise (oakleaf-enterprise.org)

Once we have received your referral, one of the team will get in touch to complete your registration, after which you will be able to participate in your chosen activity on Zoom.

It’s not always possible to join an activity on the same day you make your referral but we often run the listed activities on a weekly basis.
