TIME  10.30AM to 12.30PM

ABOUT THIS SESSION

During this 4 week course we will look at the areas which will enrich your wellbeing by managing anxiety & stress, increasing your self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness, strengthen your social  relationships and set SMART Goals to enhance your life.

Topics include:

  • Techniques for improving your Self Esteem, Confidence & Assertiveness
  • Strategies for managing anxiety and stress
  • Tips for enhancing your social relationships
  • Help with setting SMART goals to enhance your life

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

This course is run by the  WEA in partnership with the Richmond Fellowship.

We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
