ABOUT THIS SESSION

Join us for this free 4-week course about how to cope with anxiety through challenging unhelpful thinking and behavior.  Explore how the effects of stress and anxiety affect our physical and emotional health.
Learn how changing your mind-set and behaviours can result in developing coping strategies.
Discover new techniques to increase feelings of relaxation and wellbeing such as  relaxation techniques, visualisation and mindfulness.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use the video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.

After completing the booking & registration form you will receive an introductory welcome call from the session provider.
