ABOUT THIS SESSION

Taking steps to look after your wellbeing can help you deal with pressure and reduce the impact that stress has on your life. This is sometimes called developing emotional resilience – the ability to cope and bounce back when facing challenging times.

This 4-week course will explore different techniques you can use to build up your own resilience and ability to look after your wellbeing no matter what life brings.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 16.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom (find out more here). We can help you set this up if needed, so you don’t need to do anything right now!

HOW TO JOIN

If you’re already registered with Mary Frances Trust, please email info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk to sign up for this activity.

If you’re new to Mary Frances Trust, please complete our registration form here. If applicable, please include the name of the activity you’re interested in and date under ‘Reason for registering’ (please note it’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day).

Once you have completed the registration form, we will usually aim to respond within 24/48 hours to arrange an introductory call with a member of staff, to find out a bit more about you and discuss how we can best support you.
