WHENMondays for 4 weeks: TIME11.00am to 1.00pm WHERERedhill Methodist Church (Face-to-Face within Covid guidelines) ABOUT THIS SESSIONJoin us for this free 4-week course to increase self esteem and confidence. The objectives of the course are to define Self-esteem and confidence and discuss reasons why people may lack self-esteem and confidence. Then we will explore different techniques for building self-esteem and confidence and identify how negative thinking and behaviours can affect our self-esteem. WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONSAnyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUNThis session is planned to be face-to -face. However, if unforeseen circumstances mean that this will not be possible, we will use the video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
