ABOUT THIS SESSION

Join us for this free 4-week course to increase self esteem and confidence.  The objectives of the course are to define Self-esteem and confidence and discuss reasons why people may lack self-esteem and confidence.  Then we will explore different techniques for building self-esteem and confidence and identify how negative thinking and behaviours can affect our self-esteem.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

This session is planned to be face-to -face.  However, if unforeseen circumstances mean that this will not be possible, we will use the video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.

HOW TO JOIN

Please find booking form here: Richmond Fellowship Booking Form.  This course is funded by our partners WEA and will require enrolling with the WEA.

After completing the booking & registration form you will receive an introductory welcome call from the session provider.
It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly. We’re normally able to respond within 24/48 hours of you contacting us.
