Learning to observe your thoughts without reacting to them and using a physical exercise to help you relax. Looking at what balance is and how to cultivate it in our lives.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.

You will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with the session provider.

Please quote the course title and date under ‘Reason for registering’

It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly.

We’re normally able to respond within 24/48 hours of you contacting us.
