June 13, 20, 27 and July 04 & 11

TIME

11.00am to 1.00pm

WHERE

This course is planned to be run face-to-face in the spacious meeting rooms at Redhill Methodist Church in Redhill. However, depending on any changes to Covid restrictions, if we are unable to hold it face-to face then it will be run on Zoom.

ABOUT THIS SESSION

Learn how to say ‘NO’ without feeling guilty!

Join our participative programme which explores the aims of assertiveness, showing how simple assertive techniques can help you to be more effective both in the work and home environment. Learn how to stand up for yourself without being aggressive and develop the confidence to express your needs and opinions using appropriate behaviour.

WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

Face-to-face with our experienced facilitator in Redhill with complimentary refreshments.

HOW TO JOIN

If you are currently registered with Richmond Fellowship, all you need to do is speak to your Community Links Advisor or email RedhillCC@richmondfellowship.org.uk and to let us know which course or workshop you would like to attend.If you are new to Richmond Fellowship, you will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with one of the team. This course is funded by our partners WEA and will also require enrolling with the WEA.
Alternatively you can call us on 01737 771 282 or email us to arrange joining on RedhillCC@richmondfellowship.org.uk.

After completing the booking & registration form you will receive an introductory welcome call from one of the  Community Connections team.
It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly.  We’re normally able to respond within 24/48 hours of you contacting us.
