ABOUT THIS SESSION

There’s nothing quite like using yoga for positive energy and happiness. When you have positive energy, you feel motivated, you live in the moment, and you enjoy an active life. There are lots of different ways you can start to generate this energy, and Yoga is one of the best ways to do this.

This 6-week course is for all abilities and aims to improve your confidence, physical wellbeing and mental health whilst learning yoga in a safe and friendly environment. 

WHO CAN JOIN THE SESSION

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
