4-week Yoga for Bipolar courseThis 4-week course is for all abilities and specific for those with Bipolar. This course aims to help improve your physical wellbeing and mental health whilst learning yoga in a safe and friendly environment. ![]() WHENTuesday 2nd March TIME 3pm – 4pm ABOUT THIS SESSION Stress has been shown to worsen bipolar disorder. Anything that relieves stress and anxiety may be useful for managing bipolar disorder. Yoga can be a helpful addition to an overall treatment plan for bipolar disorder. It incorporates physical, meditative and emotional elements that may help you manage your condition. This 4-week course is for all abilities and specific for those with Bipolar. This course aims to help improve your physical wellbeing and mental health whilst learning yoga in a safe and friendly environment. WHO CAN JOIN THE SESSION Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18. HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
